Naman is a dual-qualified Associate (England & Wales and India) with expertise in employment law, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution. Before qualifying in the UK, Naman practised in India representing financial institutions and insolvency professionals before the Supreme Court, High Court of Delhi, NCLT, and other forums, with a focus on banking disputes, insolvency, and domestic arbitration. His cross-border experience and sharp legal research make him a valuable part of the firm’s litigation and advisory team.
