Mr. Sohel Rishabh is a practicing Advocate with about 10 years of experience.

He has worked with various law firms handling cases in the domain of civil as well as criminal law in addition to consumer matters, matrimonial disputes, 138 NI Act cases, Arbitration matters, Family disputes, 138 NI Act matters (both execution petition as well as challenging the award), matters pertaining to Family Law like divorce, maintenance, domestic violence, Environmental cases, Service matters, property disputes. He has had a brief stint for corporate clients as well in the litigation management, taking care of documentation.

His drafting experience includes Legal Notices, demand notices on behalf of NBFCs, Special Leave Petitions (before the Hon'ble Supreme Court), Writ Petitions, counter affidavits, quashing petitions before the Hon'ble High Court, consumer complaints, Appeals, recovery suits in commercial matters on behalf of banks and other recovery suit as well, execution petition as well as challenge of arbitral award and its reply, divorce petitions, Written Statements, rejoinders, evidence, replying on behalf of the company to legal notices from govt. agencies like CBI, SIT, etc.

He has appeared before all the courts across Delhi NCR including High Court, Supreme Court, various District courts and tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, NGT, CAT, DRT, DRAT, commissions including consumer commission at all the 3 levels (District, State and National) and other quasi-judicial bodies and argued cases. He has been handling cases independently as well in the trial Court including conducting cross-examination, as well as before the Appellate courts. He has also appeared in MSME case. He has been assisting and briefing senior counsels as well.
